I have been without internet for 9 full days (since 19th June 2025). As a yearly prepaid customer, I rely on your service for work and daily life, but this outage has caused significant disruption.
I have called your support line daily, but either can’t get through or receive promises of "fixing it in a few hours" that never materialize. My equipment shows an outage signal (red blinking light), and I’ve done all basic troubleshooting.
My trust in Nuron is shaken. I chose your yearly plan believing in reliable service, but 9 days offline is unacceptable. I have done yearly recharge with 10000 rupees Was this information helpful? |
