Nutramin — Fraudulent merchant, post payment no response from the seller

I happened to see an advertisement in Instagram and Facebook and also verified their website over the internet. I ordered 6 Labrada 100℅ whey (health supplements) from their website over two transactions. The transaction id of the first transaction was [protected] for an amount of INR 7101 and the second transaction id was [protected] for an amout 7600 INR. I have paid the amount from my hdfc credit card on 14th Jan 2022. The payment was supposed to be completed via PAYU payment gateway. Both HDFC and PAYU haven't helped me cancel the transaction. The address and the contact of the seller given on their website seems to be fake. Can i get some help.
