Why is your complaint marked as resolved? What resolution did you get in this matter? @kartikkawre
Complain on this portal https://pgportal.gov.in. Complain against Payumoney this is the gateway for fraud. you will receive in 15 to 20 days. give the details of your transaction and also payumoney complained ID.
