Nutrotech System Services — Given false qr report

I had completed my work successfuly and submitted exactly on the exact date. I waited for the qr report and within a day i got qr report which is totally false. Where they mentioned outof 1200 forms only 535 were correct. It's totally a false report because even before submitting i even checked it twice i couldn't find any mistakes but how can they give such report.. I want to complain against their company they are totally fraud and want to stop their activities against Imnocents
