Nv Technology — regarding problem

Hi i have posted my problem regarding nv technology in consumer complaints on nov 1 2019. Till now i didn't get any reply from the consumer side. I want to know whether the problem is solved or not. Conrinously i am receiving mail and call from the nv technology and they @ent me the soft copy of the notice. No fly please help me to sort the problem. Otherwise i will take wrong decision. Sir I also paid rs 3000 as penalty charges today, they asking to pay 30000 for 10 months, (for cancellation they are asking me 5, 500.rs and to continue they are asking for rs.7, 500) from today morning make calls for every 10 minutes i am also having same agreement, i stopped attending their calls.
kindly help me.
