I placed an order on 11 June 2026 with Order ID: NYK[protected]. The order included:
MCaffeine Blueberry Swirl Serum Body Lotion
MCaffeine Brightening Body Wash (5% Niacinamide & Raspberry)
MCaffeine Clear Glow 1% Kojic Acid Daily Brightening Face Wash
MCaffeine Exfoliating Coffee Body Scrub
However, I received only the MCaffeine Exfoliating Coffee Body Scrub. The other items are missing from the package.
Additionally, the package was open and torn from the side when it was delivered.
I request that you please investigate this issue and arrange for the missing items to be sent or provide an appropriate resolution at the earliest. I can provide photos of the package and received item if required.
