I recently ordered (03/05/2022) ethnic wear for my son for my other son's wedding. I ordered 5 clothes but only received 2 and when we contacted them on the same (on the chat support platform in the Android application), they initially accepted the mistake and told us to wait for 72h for the resolution. Nothing happened after 72h, so we contacted them again but this time they did not mention any wrongdoing on their part. I even told them to check the previous conversations but it looks like they dismissed it. I would have ignored it if it was a matter of a few hundred rupees but the amount is not insignificant. We have not even opened the 2 packages that were sent. I would request you to please look into this matter and help us in providing a return and refund for the same as we do not wish to do business that refuses to provide a proper service and refuse to properly listen to our concerns.
