Dear, sir this is stated that i have purchased AC MODEL NO ASGA24FVTC capacity 2 ton on 01-03_2022 it does not work service call mo GHA[protected] it is shameful about O-general ETA india pvt.ltd. i made saveral complaints and telephone calls about the product but no response of my calls several times they only given complain to service centere and left the matter in between without taking any decisions. I am willing to go to honarable consumer court for the justice the ac was purchased from raghuwar enterprises moradabad bypass road near vishwkarma dharamkatta chandausi, district sambhal (uttar pradesh) pincode 244412 installed on[protected]. It cost was around rs 64999.68 kindly repair my ac 2 ton capacity immediately otherwise i will demand justice in consumer court.

    I purchased 2 Ac
    One is running fine but other AC is defected piece as creating issue from last 2 months .
    I have complaint technician visited said will visit again but it has been 7-8 days not yet visited and completed my complain that issue is resolved .
    Was using from 8-9 month
    Now if i get issue as it was winters we didn't use it at that time.
    Need support and hope to get it resolved soon. As being too much harrash from service provider.

      Bought a new AC on 8th July 2022 from Kashika, Sundarpur, Varanasi. Used it for a month and thereafter due to change of season did not use it. However next time I started in March 2022 its not cooling. Complainted multiple times with all complaint numbers with me.

      After first complaint I received a message of clossure of complaint asking feedback without someone even contacting them.
      After relodging the complaint someone visited and told there is gas problem, but did not turn up despite repeated calling on the number provided.
      The Whapsapp they have provided has been useless with myself lodging the complaint atleat 5 times with due escalation of complaint option chosen.

      They have an app on which they keep on changing the complaint date but no one visits.

      Feeling harassed...I am still in warentty period

        This is to bring into your notice that I purchased Inverter Ac 5 star 18CETA from RS electronics gurdaspur Punjab in the name of Jagtar Singh HSN/SAC 84151010 on 27/03/22. The Ac was installed next day from day of purchase. The issue being raised here is that the AC is not working from the first day. The service centre at Gurdaspur has been contacted many times last month and this month on this number[protected]. Then yesterday on 7/05/2022 online complaint was launched vide number CHA[protected]. Today after almost one month the service man has come and he said may be your cooper pipe is leak without checking the indoor Ac leakage. So i purchased a new coper pipe and a new hole in the wall was made. After the new hole is made in the wall the sevice man says the coil of your indoor is leaking . Now the the service man has taken my indoor part and he say it will take abt 5 day to repair it. How can a reputed company like o general do such inconvenience to the customer who has purchased new Ac for almost 60000. So there has been a lot of harassment to me, how can a company like ogeneral send new Ac without checking and harassment to custemers. My trust in ogeneral has abandoned. Kindly see into the matter urgently. And I request you to replace my Ac and provide me new Ac instead of repairing the coil.

          Brand new AC not working properly

          I have purchased O general room AC this month only i.e on 13 April 2022 it was installed, starting 10 days it was working fine but from last 4 days it is not at all being cooled nicely.I had already raised an complaint to which Technicians had visited yesterday and they spent almost whole day in finding the cause, but no luck. They refilled the gas also but no luck there as well.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            This is to bring in your notice, that I am Gunzain Gujarati. I am writing this complaint / Letter to bring in your notice, that I purchased a 1.5 ton O-General Air conditioner from Kohinoor Electronics, Kandivali West on 27 March, 2022. Here are all the basic details of the product and its purchase:

            Date of purchase: 27th March 2020,
            Model Number: ASGG18CPTB-B
            Name of the Product: O general 1.5 Ac

            I want to bring to your notice that I am facing problems in the product from 1st day of installation. The product has manufacturing defects. The Air Conditioner was installed on 2nd April, 2022, since then till today many people came to check the product every now & then, 4-5 people comes together at my place but didn’t get any solution till today.

            1. Mr. Ram Sagar came on 2nd April, 2022, from O-General for installation, he didn’t even give the demo of the Air Condition, and he told that he didn't have time to give demo, & have some other installation work. On the day (2nd April) I ran the AC for 4 hrs, but even after keeping it on for so many hours, it's not giving cooling. Regarding this issue, I informed Mr. Bipin (Kohinoor Electronics Branch Manager) & O-General Service Centre.

            2. Regarding the complaint that I raised on 2nd April, 2022, Mr. Ram Sagar visited for rechecking the issues related to the AC of 5th April, 2022. Complaint no: MUM[protected]. Furthermore, he told that everything is fine with the AC, so he left.

            3. But the problem was not resolved on 5th April also, after re-checking by Mr. Ram Sagar from O-General. Again, I reached out to Bipin (Kohinoor) & O-General’s Service Centre team, & O-General Regional Head Mr. Nadeem Akhtar. I had a word with Mr. Nadeem Akhtar regarding the issue, on which Nadeem Akhtar said that ’’He is arranging the senior technician for re-checking of your product’’. On 14th April, 2022 Senior technician Mr. Sagar visited my place at 3:30 pm, for re-checking the product, he ran the AC for 3 hrs & even checked the outdoor unit for Gas-checking & other things. After spending 3 hrs, the problem was still not resolved.

            4. After all these instances, I informed Mr. Nadeem Akhtar & Bipin that my problem is still not resolved. On which Mr. Nadeem & Mr. Sohail said that ‘’Again we are arranging a re-check of the product by Mr. Naushad – O’General Service Centre Head. Mr. Naushad visited my place along with another 4 people on 16th April, 2022 at 4:00 pm. After checking everything Mr. Naushad said – there is Air-blockage in the outdoor unit. That needs to be removed & to be vacuumed & refill the gas in the unit. He vacuumed & refilled the gas. After all these things, he ran the AC for 45-50 minutes, on 18° high speed & he checked the room-temperature on temperature monitor, even after running the AC for 1 hr that room was not cooled. It was showing 25.6 room temperature in the Temperature Monitor device.

            Mr. Naushad shared all these reports to Kohinoor Electronics team. Next day I had a word with Mr. Nadeem & Mr. Bipin & informed them that the issue is still not resolved. Mr. Nadeem & Mr. Naresh (from Kohinoor Electronics) said - the report shared by Mr. Naushad is correct & your AC is working well. Next day I visited Kohinoor, Kandivali store, & met Mr. Bipin & Naresh at 10:00 am. I discussed with them regarding the same issues. At that time, Mr. Naresh reverified with O-General team. After verification with O-General team, Mr. Naresh told me infront of Mr. Bipin that if you want replacement or if you want to change the brand, we will do it. For that you need to give us 2-3 days' time, and one more time, O-General team will come for a last visit for replacement. On 19th April I called Mr. Naresh for updates on the issue, at that time Mr. Naresh mentioned that on 20th April, 2022 O-General team will visit your place for rechecking purpose. But no one visited from O-general on 20th April. On the same day (20th April, 2022) I called Nadeem & Sohail: on which they mentioned that they didn’t get any updates from Kohinoor for any kind of visit. All these incidents shows that Mr. Naresh is lying & playing with customer’s emotions. Later on, I had a conference call with Bipin, Nadeem & Sohail – During the call they told to set-up a re-visit on 25th April along with Kohinoor team member & O-General Senior technical team & my local AC technician. Mr. Bipin agreed with all the discussions & he committed – Mr. Naresh will visit along with O-General team for re-checking.

            Hence pertaining to this I called Mr. Naresh & Bipin for update & to know the timing for their visit on 25th April. During the call Mr. Naresh said that – He will not come. On that I asked him the reason, but he didn’t give me any proper reason & he said that he will follow the O-General reports only & we don’t trust customers, we don’t care about customers & we don’t care about customers opinions. All these things shows that Mr. Naresh doesn’t care about the customers. He is in favour of O-General. So as a customer, if we are getting such kind of bad services, and mental harassment & offensive behavior by Kohinoor Staff (Mr. Naresh) its really unexpected, condemnable & intolerable for the customers. Mr. Naresh insulted me & the language that he used was really unprofessional, it looked like Kohinoor didn’t care about their old & valuable customers. For the last 11 years I have been purchasing products from Kohinoor only.

            On 24th April, 2022 I visited Kohinoor Electronics, Kandivali – to meet Mr. Naresh & Bipin for Naresh’s misbehavior and disrespecting me. As soon as I visited the Kohinoor store, Naresh ran away. Later on, I had a word with Mr. Bipin & he asked one of his technical team's person Sandeep, to visit my place to check the product. In addition to that I personally took him on my bike at my place. After checking the AC, Sandeep said that there is certainly some issue with the AC, the room is not getting chilled. There is some manufacturing defect. Later on, after all these I even dropped him at Kohinoor on my bike, & Sandeep informed to Mr. Bipin about the issue. After communicating with Sandeep, Mr. Bipin said that he will have a word with O-General team & will update me on the same. Furthermore Mr. Bipin mentioned that on 25th April, 2022, he will visit my place to check the product.

            From 2th April, 2022 till date, 6 times O-General Team and Kohinoor Electronics people visited my place for checking the AC. So, during the 1st visit Mr. Ramsagar & during the 2nd visit Mr. Sagar (O-General’s technicians), they stated that there is no issue with the product & everything is fine. However, on the 3rd visit Mr. Naushad inspected the issue of Air Condition - he told that there is Air blockage in the outdoor unit. This clearly means that the earlier two technicians i.e Ramsagar & Sagar who visited and checked the AC lied to me/customer saying that everything is fine with the AC, which was not true.

            All this shows O-General and Kohinoor Electronics, do not care about their customers and sell faulty & defective products which is certainly a criminal activity. Furthermore, if I don’t get the refund of the product within the next 3 days I will file FIR against O-General & Kohinoor Electronics for doing such kind of activities with the customers. Since last 20 days, everyday we are suffering, facing mental harassment & the defamation done by Mr. Naresh of Kohinoor Electronics (intentionally) is really unacceptable.

            If within 3-4 working days, I don’t get any kind of support or co-operation from Kohinoor & O-General management, I will file a criminal case against Kohinoor Electronics & O-General for doing fraud with customers intentionally. At last, I am writing this considering the whole incident done by you, if I don’t get any appropriate support from you I’ll make sure that you all will suffer more than me legally.

              the gas leaked on the day one of installation and again was duped for refilling of gas
              inspite of all there is no coolong

                I bought o general ac in April 2021.After 2-3 months it stop FUNCTIONING FROM August 2021, AND ITS UNDER WARRANTY. TECHNICAL TEAM OF SUPPLIER HAS TRIED TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE TILL DATE THE FAULT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUEST. I REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE THE PIECE AS I HAVE INVESTED A HUGE AMOUNT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING FOR THE SAME IS IT THE REPO OF O GENERAL COMPANY. PLEASE INTERVENE IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I HAVE LEFT NO OPTION TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND TO PRESS FOR THE SAME. I HOPE MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY AND I WILL GET THE NEW PIECE .leaving the users in utter discomfort and inconvenience. Hope that you people will take some strong action in regard to the above complaint within duration of next 2 working days, else I have to raise this issue to some different level which will hurt the reputation of the company.

                        I have ought 2 ton O General AC in the month of MAY - 2020 and its been 2 years completely and I have faced so much problem in this 2 years and still I haven't got satisfied result. In past 2 years I have spent huge amount of loss on this AC, every now & then it get damaged and always same issue occurs .
                        Technicians from Mumbai and Delhi have also arrived but with zero solution .
                        I have other companies ACs also in our house and frankly speaking I have never faced this type of continuous issues . But for O General I will rate as pathetic customer service and worst product ever I got.

                        I just want my product to get returned or replaced and my whole amount back, I have all the details, bills etc for the 20-25 servicing from last 2 years and every detail of service people and agency name too from where we got this AC.

                          I had been purchased "O general AC" from Sargam.
                          my AC is no cooling, and my product is in warranty. I have raised the complaint in Sargam.
                          nobody attand my complaint.
                          please take action against my complaint.
                          I requested for split AC inverter service on 23rd of March but No one has come for the service till now. My registered number is DEL[protected]. I have called multiple times at customer service as well. Please help me with this as soon as possible.

                            It is stated that I requested the service for my O General A/C 1.5 Ton 18JCC(S) from a reputated top service provider company and the mechanics from the company mentioned that the Compressor of the AC is defective and will be changed by the O General company as it is still in the warranty. After that requesting the service from O General Customer service. The mechanics arrived from EXTREME COOLING (c-245/3, GALI No.9, BHAJANPURA, DELHI-110053, Email- [protected]@gmail.com) on 24/10/2021 and stated that the replacement of the compressor will cost money despite it’s being in guaranty and refused to see the original Bill of the AC. They also refused to give the written statement that the compressor is defective and took ₹350 as visit charges on Bill No.-624 and said they will talk to their senior from O General company about the replacement of the compressor. I made several complaints & telephone calls about the product but they said that it is winter and will fix the issue next summer delaying it to void its warranty. I am willing to go to Hon'ble Consumer Court for the justice after showing such harassment. Please kindly Repair/Replace the AC immediately or otherwise I will have to go to court.                               Called up for complaint booking on March 9th but the ticket was closed without even addressing the issue. Worst service complaint ever and that too dint expect this from OG. Once the product and service was good but after establishing their brand, they dont care about customer service nowadays. Wont recommend this to anybody - not worth the price,

                                Repair performed few days back on indoor and outdoor PCB for inverter AC wtith 6-month warranty indicated on the bill.

                                  1. I am having O’ GENERAL AC.
                                  2. This summer, I requested M/s.ESQUIRE, 'Devbhoomi', Between Commerce Six Roads & Vijay Cross Roads, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380 009 for normal service of AC.
                                  3. The attendant mechanic informed us that small holes are found on copper U tube & gas gets leaked. He emptied the balance (quite a lot) gas from the chamber.
                                  4. We were surprised as the AC was idling from last summer season, i.e. nearly 8 months. So, gas should have been leaked totally. However, it was not so.
                                  5. He took the AC to workshop to replace the U tubes.
                                  6. Later on, another mechanic came with repaired AC. However, for reasons best known to him, he took the AC back to the workshop.
                                  7. After a day, he came with AC & reinstalled. After switching on AC, he left & we paid him Rs. 5500/-.
                                  8. While switching on AC next time, it was found that there was no cooling effect at all. Hence, we complained to ESQUIRE.
                                  9. Nearly after a week, third mechanic came & took the circuit with him for probable repairs.
                                  10. Since ESQUIRE is having only one Circuit Specialist & was suffering with COVID 19, the job was not attended for nearly 1 month.
                                  11. Finally, the circuit was returned to us saying it is not repairable.
                                  12. Thus, we have lost almost full season of summer without AC.
                                  13. It is to be noted that both circuits were replaced a year ago only costing us Rs. 22000/-.
                                  14. Now, ESQUIRE asks for Rs. 12000/- for new circuit.

                                  We are of strong opinion that AC was working fully before attended by first mechanic. The damage to the circuit may have occurred by mechanics themselves at workshop.

                                  View above, you are requested to direct ESQUIRE to replace the circuit without costing me anymore.

                                  Physically, mentally & economically, I have suffered a lot & a satisfactory compensation is justified.

                                    I Brought O General 2Ton AC on 20th May 2020 . Batch no . T003404 is creating issue with compresser and under 1 year of time its been damaged twice.
                                    And we are not getting help from your end.

                                    Please acknowledge my issue or else this AC is in 5 years warranty so if possible kindly exchange it.

                                      This is to inform you that I had lodged a complaint of my Split AC Remote model no : AR-RAJ1E . I got a raw deal from an totally unprofessional coaaaaampany. I received a call from Cell No.[protected] since Last Sunday this gentalman is giving me sweet poison Sir will be coming at 5:00 p.m tomorrow at 9:30 something or the other to my cell no[protected].
                                      My complaint No is DEL[protected]. he is working with somewhere with Saket Dealer as informed. Surprisingly he delivered me a DUPLICATE REMOTE and when I call POLICE he Run Off.
                                      This is the behaviour of O GENERAL FAMILY is highly disgusting.
                                      we are your regular customer and last year we brought 3 split AC of O GENERAL with Bills we can show as and when Required
