I have purchased O general room AC this month only i.e on 13 April 2022 it was installed, starting 10 days it was working fine but from last 4 days it is not at all being cooled nicely.I had already raised an complaint to which Technicians had visited yesterday and they spent almost whole day in finding the cause, but no luck. They refilled the gas also but no luck there as well.

wilson raju of chill aircon sent his team to install ac and those boys duped me with faulty stabilizers for inverter ac and wrongly installed 1 ac
the gas leaked on the day one of installation and again was duped for refilling of gas
inspite of all there is no coolong
repeadetly calling chill aircon and no response
team absconding...

I bought o general ac in April 2021.After 2-3 months it stop FUNCTIONING FROM August 2021, AND ITS UNDER WARRANTY. TECHNICAL TEAM OF SUPPLIER HAS TRIED TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE TILL DATE THE FAULT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUEST. I REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE THE PIECE AS I HAVE INVESTED A HUGE AMOUNT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING FOR THE SAME IS IT THE REPO OF O GENERAL COMPANY. PLEASE INTERVENE IMMEDIATELY...

Dear sir, it is stated that i have purchased an ac model no ASGA2 capacity 1.8 ton on[protected] it does not work your customer care moradabad engineer has come and take my pcb and tell in a 3 days i have return this but they can not repair ac today 15 to 20 days it is very shameful about O-Generat ETA india pvt.ltd. i made several complaints and telephone calls about the product but no response of my calls several times they only given complaints...

We are getting error in AC, the ac light are continuously blinking and it is not getting started, please resolve...

I have ought 2 ton O General AC in the month of MAY - 2020 and its been 2 years completely and I have faced so much problem in this 2 years and still I haven't got satisfied result. In past 2 years I have spent huge amount of loss on this AC, every now & then it get damaged and always same issue occurs .
Technicians from Mumbai and Delhi have also arrived but with zero solution .
I have other companies ACs also in our house...

I had been purchased "O general AC" from Sargam.

It is stated that I requested the service for my O General A/C 1.5 Ton 18JCC(S) from a reputated top service provider company and the mechanics from the company mentioned that the Compressor of the AC is defective and will be changed by the O General company as it is still in the warranty. Called up for complaint booking on March 9th but the ticket was closed without even addressing the issue. Worst service complaint ever and that too dint expect this from OG. Once the product and service was good but after establishing their brand, they dont care about customer service nowadays. Wont recommend this to anybody - not worth the price,...

Repair performed few days back on indoor and outdoor PCB for inverter AC wtith 6-month warranty indicated on the bill.

AC stopped cooling and we are back to square one....

1. I am having O’ GENERAL AC.
2. This summer, I requested M/s.ESQUIRE, 'Devbhoomi', Between Commerce Six Roads & Vijay Cross Roads, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380 009 for normal service of AC.
3. The attendant mechanic informed us that small holes are found on copper U tube & gas gets leaked. He emptied the balance (quite a lot) gas from the chamber.
4. We were surprised as the AC was idling from last summer season, i.e....

I Brought O General 2Ton AC on 20th May 2020 . Batch no . T003404 is creating issue with compresser and under 1 year of time its been damaged twice.
And we are not getting help from your end.

Please acknowledge my issue or else this AC is in 5 years warranty so if possible kindly exchange it....

I purchased 1 ton window ac through TATA CLiQ on 29.8.20 and installation was done on 03.9.20. All Particular of the ac was updated in the mobile openeral customer care app. But it is not able me to make request for free service in the app. Hence requested to cause action for servicing my ac which is under warranty. Moreover this is my first free service Fter installation....

I purchased AC of O general a year back but started using from Jan-21 as could not shift to my new house due to COVID -19 . I am a senior citizen.

Since I started using AC, on and off cooling is not sufficient even at 18 degree temperature. Complained several times and attended to but issue is not resolved. Absolutely bad product. Bought expensive machine due to brand equity of O General but very much disappointed....

This is with reference to the Air conditioner i bought on May 25th, 2020, which was purchased from AUM G INC (Model- 24CGTA-2TR, 5 Star) outlet in Delhi, the said unit stopped functioning within a year, it has lost the cooling capacity and the air flow, though it is 2 TR in capacity.

With given condition of the unit, have registered the complaint with your after sales team, the engineer visited my place...
