I BOUGHT 1 TON AC OF O GENERAL ON 23 MARCH 2012 FROM RAJENDRA ELECTRONICS, PHADKE ROAD, DOMBIVALI EAST. I HAVE NOT GOT WARRANTY CARD AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WHEN I ASKED TO SHOP OWNER MR.SANJEEV JAIN (RAJENDRA ELECTRONICS) HE CONFIDENTLY TOLD IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THE CARD WILL BE INSIDE ONLY. I CALLED ON O'GENERAL SERVICE CENTRE ONE LADY TOLD ME THAT WARRNTY CARD IS SEPREATLY ISSUED ON REQUEST OF DEALER. AGAIN I TOLD THE SHOP OWNER ABOUT THIS HE LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 7TH APRIL & COMPLAINT NO IS CC03041028 & ALSO TOLD THE SHIOP OWNER TO SEND THE COMPANY PERSON FOR DEMO. AFTER DOING LOT OF FOLLOW UP WITH THE SHOP OWNER TILL THE TIME I NOT GET ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

o general split ac — poor cooling

i bought a 1.5 tonne split o general ac a few dayz back.due to lack of installation technique its not working properly.so i plz request the company to send professional technicians with proper equipments to solve my problem.

i have purchased a o general 1.5 ton windows ac from dawar international on 12 of may 2011.from the first day the ac cooling was poor.kindly help me out to exchange my ac from dawar international.it is situated in jacobpura ,gurgaon.my cntact no is [protected].

I had registered a complaint on wednesday April 22nd 2015 vide complaint no.
GHA[protected] at 11 am. But on 24th April at 3.00 pm after 52 hours a person called naimmuddin (Mob. No. [protected]) is coming & said the Gas of ac is leaking. Then I said plz fill the gas in AC as early as possible. He said the company van came tommorrow the AC will be going to in workshop.
But till today(i.e. 27th april 2015) 4.00 pm no one has come to pick our AC.
it is very horrible to thought sleep without AC now a days.Such a poor response from your
side.
Is this is the right way to treat the customers?? Take the matter seriosly
Please, send me service engineer as early as possible...

    Dear Sir,

    I bough O General Air conditioner On October 24th, after installation I went abroad and came back to christmas holiday on 24th. On 24 I switched on my unit it is not working. I made a complaint on 26th. Mechanic came inspected the unit and confirmed that PC board is not working, and they confirmed that they will replace the same. I told them this is the second time I am using this A/c why this problem, he simply told me they can't give any assurance for electronic items

    I requested him, I have a warranty period, hence i told him to replace the same. after I sent a mail to O general customer care. they not even bother about my complaint. Finally I personally went there and met the manager and requested about my problem. He also simply said they will replace that particular parts and refuse to replace the unit. I asked him i have warranty period so, you can do this service, what about after warranty period, For that also he said after warranty period, as per the appicable charge we have to pay and do the service

    My simple thinking is I bought this O general product only two months back. Why they refuse to replace the product and what can a customer do now for bought a non functioning product. I really feel I wasted around Rs.35000/- for this non working Air conditioner.

    Pls help us to replace the unit or warranty extension of this particular unit, because this unit is not working with in two months

    O'General A/c — Service in Warranty

    The Split A/c I bought from RFH is still in Warranty. In spite of repeated complaints booked on the Company's consumer complaint number, no action taken so far.

    Need to File a Legal Consumer complaint.

    Ogeneral is a best brand but not for india, because of its guaranty terms, duplicate spares by original suppliers and worthless street rat technicians,
    If really ogeneral Japan wish to keep its reputation in india, they must kick it's importer in india and look for some genuine and experienced importers, [censored]ing o general technicians, they all nowadays going for 10 days ac technician courses and becoming ogeneral ac service engineers, it's really a worst service in indiaindia, I suggest it's reareally 200% waste of money if you buy o general,

      Madam/Sir,
      About two years ago, I Susham Gaind, R/o B-419, Meera Bagh, New Delhi – 110063 having contact number [protected], bought O General air conditioners.
      Firstly I received a damaged machine – for which I complained and subsequently it was replaced.
      Most of the air conditioners had one or the other problem.
      On my contacting O General representative and dealer for complaining about the problems in the air conditioners, I was advised by the O General representative to get the comprehensive annual maintenance contract( AMC ) done for getting cash less trouble free service, he further advised me to get the anti corrosive protection coating done in the air conditioners.
      I got the same done and took the Comprehensive AMC from the O General of all the air conditioners vide Bill No. 151 dated 23/04/2011 with a condition that I will not pay for the material and services in the annual maintenance contract period towards any repairs for up keeping the air conditioners .
      The O General Service center representatives visited us on a periodic service, four months ago and after completing the service of all the air conditioners, they told that three air conditioners need to be taken to work shop for proper check up. I allowed under comprehensive annual maintenance contract.
      After having waited for a considerable time, I called to inquire about it’s status but some vague answer was given and I was advised to wait for some more time.
      I kept on calling time and again but I was been given lam excuses.
      After a long gap, one day I got unjustified demand call for it’s repair. I objected to it & refrained for raising unjustified demands and told that I never agreed, signed and accepted any contract which have exclusions.
      I want to share that my neighbours’ have Carrier, LG air conditioners and they hardly have any trouble.
      Further I will also like to share that I have LG, BPL & Hitachi fridges which too has cooling principle similar to air conditioners and I am enjoying it’s trouble free service from last more than 4 years.
      O General, an international company of repute being in this business in India since 2000, I considered the company to be a competent enough to compete with established brands like Carrier, etc. and it’s products should not have such frequent problems
      I request you to kindly do the needful.

        o'general — cooling

        when we switch on the ac .... after switching off ...the room gets warm emidiatly!!!!! its a cooling proble....so pealse send your engineers as soon as posible,,,

          I have bought O General Window AC vide invoice number:18789 . As promised by dealer and company policy regarding the first free general check up/service. I called so many times to the dealer: Madaan Electronics situated at Ambala Cantt, there was no response from his side and I tried to contact service centre agent Vishal Monga from Ambala and he also tried to give fake promises and even didnot heard my concerns genually. Please take necessary steps for the same.

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased O general AC in April 2007, I have received so many times calls from O general Authorised Service Centre Shivay Electronics, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad fpr AMC o[censored]nit. When I called for taking the AMC,companies Technicials come and asked me there is less Gas in the unit,first you fill uo the Gas in unit and then we give you AMC. I have checked the unit in front of Technician the cooling is good and unit in working condition. But that person is not agree to give me AMC. My question is this if there is any condition to do this work and them issue us AMC.

              Lodged a complaint for my general 1.5T for gas leak with "MF Cool Systems". I had few complaints after servicing, which after repeated reminders has not been resolved.Complaint no-100701. The major problem is improper cooling. At outside temp of 27 deg C, the grill temp was 13 -14 deg C & room temp was 22-23 deg only after running the A/C for more than an hour. room size- 8x 10 feet. after i called up service centre on 44211212, they said nothing can be done now. pl help

              O GENERAL — inefficiency

              we purchased an o general a.c. in may. it does not function properly. as the voltage fluctuates even a bit the cooling stops. even otherwise the cooling is not great. we had to additionally use a stabalizer for the a.c. but still it stops and does not cool. the loacal dealer cud not resolve the issue.

                we have purchased o general spilt 1.5 ton a.c before two and half year ago. on Febuary 2010 compressor of a.c is not working. it is warranty period it is replace but till today A.c cooling is not properly. we have complaint many times in jaipur branch against service dealer but they never take any action. Company authorise dealer has visited four times but still it is not working.

                we have purchased o general window ac about 4 year back i.e on 15.6.2007 from prime enterprises ashok vihar delhi 52. the compressor was not working for which complaint was made to the dealer on 1.8.2011 . the authorised dealer's representative take the Ac on 8.8.11 for replacing compressor for replacement as the unit is under warrenty period.the AC has not repaired till date after passing one and half month. we are daily chasing the dealer as well rep. of o general Mr Punj but every time next date given.We are suffering badly .It seems that company is passing time in this summer and warranty will expire in next summer as we cant check the performance of compressor in winter.

                  O GENERAL — COMPLAINT RE: EGPL WARRANTY CARD

                  I PURCHASED THE SAID 1.5 WINDOW AC MODEL AXG18GHNHW (S. NO. T 044867) FROM SAINI ELECTRONICS, 49 D, KAMLA NAGAR, DELHI – 110007 ON 17/03/2009 AGAINST THE ORIGINAL VAT BILL NO. 14968 BOOK NO. 300 BUT THE SAID DEALER IS NOT PROVIDING EGPL WARRANTY CARD DESPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS.
                  I have purchased the OGENERAL Wall hanging Ac Model no-ASG18ABC-W. For a month it work properly after that its Compressure get damaged...So can u give any type support fot that.

                  I am facing a similar problem

                  I bought the AC 10 days back and the compressor just doesn't trip.This has lead to a bill of Rs 3000 for just 10 days.

                  After numerous calls the Engineer visits and they don't get back on the committed timeline.

                  I bought a O General Inverter split AC 1.5 Ton on
                  10/Jun/2014. I have few major issues and complaint regarding AC and services.
                  I am mentioning the details below:
                  Purchase Date: 10/06/20142.
                  Delivery Date: 11/06/2014 around 3:00 PM3.
                  Installation Completion: 14/06/2014 by evening. It took four days for my AC to get installed. I was promised by my dealer that company will install the AC on the next day. I would like to know about your company policy and commitment regarding the installation time. Now the major issue after 5 days of installation we realized that the
                  cooling is improper. I have already made complaint to the authorized sales & service center (COOLINDIACOOL, Mr. Rashid) on Saturday morning and they said no one could attend before Monday. Have I paid 65000/- for such kind of responses ? Then I made complaint on your customer care number and they said they will
                  try to address in 24 to 48 Hrs but so far no one has responded. I also made complaint to your authorized dealer and he promised he will sort out the issue maximum by Sunday morning 22nd June but nothing happened. Currently there is no cooling from AC. I am not expecting this kind of services
                  from O General. I am hoping company will change and provide a new unit
