O P Jindal Hospital — Very poor nursing staff

Sharing very bad experience of jindal hospital gyne ward. Uneducated nursing staff, very poor, doctor specially MO on night duty is always sleeping. If you ask nurse to wake her up, she will tell you MO is on rest. Jindal hospital tag line is, quality service at low cost, but nothing like that, everything is business for them, Before discharge they will try to empty your pockets. One more trick, on the day of discharge they will take to you at the billing desk and ask you to pay the bills with explaining any thing or detail bill, once you pay the bill, they will give you the detailed statement after your demand. So many things are added unnecessary, like dietician visit of 130 rup, physio visit of 160 rup, without any visit. They try to make the unnecessary visits to make happy the doctors, so that more and more money added to the account of doctors, in my ward poor cleaning staff, poor staff nurses having no manners, they laugh on patient and family of patient. Unfortunately if your child is in NICU nursery it means you have to take loan from some bank they will charge you more then 1 lack in 15-20 days, they will call you and give you a slip every day to pay, no info provided. In the end doctors are polite good and experienced well trained, but other supporting staff is very very very poor.

मेरी माता 28/01/2020 से Onocolo Surgery Department मे कमरा न:- 317 मे दाखिल है कहने को कमरा प्राइवेट है परन्तु उसमे सुविधा जीरो
कमरे मे सर्दी के मौसम मे दो दिन बाद तो रूम हीटर दिया और जब दिया तो कमरे का प्लग काम नही कर रहा था
3 बार स्टाफ को बोल दिया परन्तु कोई समाधान नही
किराया चाहिए इनको पूरा कह दो तो स्टाफ सिर को आता है
दिखाने आओ तो खर्चा कम बताते है
दाखिल करवाओ तो खर्चा डेढ़ गुणा हो जाता है
और जब इलाज पूरा करवाओ तो खर्चा डबल ही हो जाता है
पहले ही ना डबल बता दो
