Obi Worldphone — Service about customer support & Service centre

Hi sir,
I have purchased obi world phone SF1 on date: 17 Dec 2015 & got some hardware issue. Then contacted Service centre(Fourtech computer, Shivaji nagar, Pune) they asked me to submit phone about one month for replacing Hardware. After long time I got my phone with same issues not single change in my part only software updated by service centre(Mr. Prashant Kale).

After two month back i have contacted another service centre Suraj Technology, they did format my phone only & they don't have knowledge about this phone. Got phone with chinese language which not resolved by service centre. When asked for english language setting they said submit your phone for 2 days.

Now my phone is struggling with misbehaviour with Dial pad & some of hardware issues, also I am not sure about camera 5 mega pixel which is look like VGA resolution. Now they asking me to submit my phone for minimum 30 days to resolve problem & company should have alternate phone for my use till the date my phone repair.
What GUARANTY this time they solve my problem. Customer care staff is very rude.
I have all the proofs ( All call recordings, Bill, customer service bill, mails which I had with Obi, etc)

I had bought one mobile on date 25May2016 and till now I have gone three times to service center for repairing purpose, it's really mentally torcher to me.
each and every time I got resolution but its only temporarily

product is not working fine and now I think to be deserve for replacement.
