A lot of people have already complained about the builders asking for premium ranging from a lakh to 15 lakh depending on location.
The same trend continues so far and government has not taken any steps to protect the people planing to buy affordable homes. Now on top of that builders are now not disclosing the opening of lottery form submission and once the submission date is past then only they introduce the project in market at a premium.
I have been a victim of such a scam, I had even filled "expression of interest form" before the actual registration forms were issued but when registration started the builder did not inform me about the same, I even kept calling my broker regularly but he also had no idea and after the regular form submission period was over i came to know about the same. Now they are asking premium to book the flat.
