Sir i have given a 47200 initial amount. You said me that within a 2 3 months you will find out a best job for me. But around 6 months is going to complete, you didn't search a job for me.. And you said me you will find out a interview around 10 to 15. But till now you have only arrange a 3 interviews, while taking money or this process start's you said it's yours headache...
3 interviews and over in that also no result.
I have taken money from another person now i have to pay him... He is asking but i dont have money to give him back..
If y can't arrange a interviews then please refund my money..
I thought i[censored] arrange a job for me then i'll give a money to that person by paying from my previous job settlement. Now i don't know when you're going to to do...
I am having financial problems that why i'm searching another job.

I am very much disappointed by the service of this company. Before registration mukul (Employee) had said lot of things about the company and was showing different documents to prove the company. We trusted the company and mukul. We did the registration (Was done in february), now its 5 months nothing has been done, except one interview that to even without proper details of the recruiter, where as it was confirmed to us that 16 companies have agreed to take the interview for us and once we do the registration we will get all the details. I am sorry to say it was not the case it was totally a different scenario after registration. Aditya, the case officer only had one reply every time we approached him that we need to give him time??? 5 months?? Where at starting they said 2 months for the full process.

As discussed with my friend (Wahid), sameer (Employee) said by monday (22.07.19) he will refund the money. Wahid traveled all the way from kolkata to delhi just for this refund case. Sameer assured him that he will help in refunding the money and he does not need to come again. But it was all a fake promise, and this fake promise is from the day one which i was not aware off. We also have the supporting documents of the conversation of mukul in text and of sameer in recording.

Please look into this at the earliest and help us to our money refunded as soon as possible.

We are a lot of people who got cheated. You can call every one o[censored]s and ask how these people behaves.

The biggest cheats are Aditya and pinky singh. They will call you and show you all the documents. Once you just give them your money then they are not yours anymore.

I told them that I want to work in Dubai and this Aditya he kept on scheduling me with local recruiters and these people...

Guys please don't trust oceans out sourcing. They are the biggest cheaters. They have taken my 36000 last year and still they are doing nothing.

In the beginning they will be very good to you then later they will not receive your calls and they will be rude to you.

I don't know why police and government is not taking action on them after so many complaints. Kindly contact me before going to them. I will inform...

Dear aditya sir,

As per our serveral discussed with you via over phone called and mail for regarding my singapore job profile. When i was did my fee of rs.[protected], after i received mail for 3 month processing time. But last month[protected] you sent mail for your profile closed. How can i accept it, if i did this will you accept this....

On 24/04/2018 i got my 1st e-mail from oceans outsourcing pvt. Ltd. With subject ‘profile selected for abroad/ oceans outsourcing’ and it all started from here.
I got e-mail of legal papers from oceans outsourcing pvt. Ltd. On 10th of august 2018. I went to their office to sign the legal papers before saumya (Manager as on that date) on 16th of august.
After signing papers, on 23rd of august i was mailed by saumya that she is sending the checklist of immigration to me and on mobile i was told by saumya that shivanya is my consultant and she will help me to complete my official papers.
But it never happened, except one mail, in which she regretted for delay in her work.
I needed 2 letters from their office; without these letters it was impossible to get university transcript of degree and pcc (Police character certificate). I continuously mailed shivanya to send me concerned letters so that i could finish both my task. Each time i sent my mail to shivanya, i bcced it to saumya. Even i communicated with saumya on mobile and told her every problem i was facing due to shivanya.

After long time in place of shivanya, jessica was made my consultant.
Jessica mailed me and told me to provide desired papers quickly so i got it by 24/10/18 but with wrong name on university papers and with wrong permanent address on pcc by the organization oceans outsourcing pvt. Ltd. I mailed this error and issue to jessica. Corrected papers were sent on 25/10/18 when i was out of delhi, with a phone call from jessica that my 2 months time of submitting papers is ending on 30/10/18, and after that i will not be considered as their customer/client. This conversation is recorded on my mobile too.
As their services were not provided to me i asked for my money (Inr amount 32, 500) back before the end of their service but i was threatened that neither any further services will be provided nor my money will be refunded. Due to which i had to go their office many times.
I even e-mailed their higher authorities regarding same with all details.
Till now i was waiting for the company itself to take some action regarding my case and resolve the issue but nothing happened, no action is taken till date from their side and i’m still suffering from a loss of inr 32, 500.
Because of all this i suffered economically, physically and utmost mentally and even my precious time was also wasted.
Trusting in consumer forum of india, it’s judiciary and india’s government i hope actions will be taken regarding my case and my money will be refunded soon.

Manipulating document for mom singapore / vfs global and cheating and fraud and taking money and not refunding, assure job but no document, only fake document and passing time and cheating money.

Mr sameer singh, mr aditya. Mr suraj, ms deepti all in company making fooling people by fake job for overseas and asking money for different process. Also showing manipulated job offer. Using vfs documnet for fooling people. Ministry of manpower documet are manipulating to cheat people

Ocean outsourcing firm cheated me badly..Sameer was the main culprit.
Even staff also lying.. They gave me fake documents and nit refund my 2 lakh Rs. They are highly qualify lier and many fake promise maney times they deleted my google review. so pls take action against them..I had sumitted the fake offer letter to relative company rest they will do so.

Oceans out sourcing employee namely Samudhura called up me and asked to deposit an amount of Rs. total INR 60, 000 + 18% GST = INR 70, 800 for overseas job but she told me to pay Rs. 35, 400 (Including 18% GST towards 1st installment and rest to be paid from my 1st month salary and i paid Rs.35, 400 (Including 18% GST on 07.09.2018 to their Yes Bank A/C but after wards she was not cooperating and always asking me to talk to an another person namely Aditya who is looking after my case, but that fellow is also not cooperating till today there is no response, while taking the amount they told me i will get several interview calls but till now got only 1 and that interview i cleared 2 rounds and in final round they told me that i have not qualified, i was asking them to refund my money with compensation because they told me that i will get several round of interview calls and most importantly neither they are responding my mails nor they are picking my phone calls please suggest what should i do,

In april 2018 i applied for german job search visa, while applying they said it will take 1 month to get visa approved, i waited till december 2018, nothing happened, i came to conclusion and said, its my mistake that after seeing lot of bad reviews i approach you people, so as a mistake keep consultancy fees, just give back my documentation fees of 20000 and german visa fees of 60euro.

Please have a look in a documents, they promise that in 3 to 4 weeks it will done once after making payment they delayed and since i withdraw so they are not refunding,

A copy of this has been sent to minister of affairs and as well as to commissioner of police to delhi.

Im asking my own money, not consultancy fees, that also they are not giving, i dont know wheather this company ceo is poor or like this he s getting money from ppl and feeding his wife and children's..

Have taken all the docs and got a wes done for me after 6 months of lodging the papers. Have given ielts but these guys have given me a wrong crs score and are asking me to give ielts again and still i will not meet the desired score. I e checked on the canadian immigration site bit they are persistent. Are not refunding me a single penny despite to continous reminders as i've discontinued working with them.

My wife saw on her facebook an advertisement and when she replied quering about a job for abroad, owner sameer promised job. I was promised a job in ireland in my hospitality field on manager postion in 20 days, and sameer sent me mail with the promise he made and took 95000/- later even after months he could not fullfill promise and i started following up literally and since then he has never been able to give my money back and so far gave 25000 rs and 70000 pending. He keeps promising on email and give me dates but later dont meet any promise. His entire office team is involved in frauds like these and don’t care for any clients economical condition. Just a fraud company - oceans outsourcing pvt ltd, nehru place delhi.

I have been chasing my refund from august 2018 and my case manager miss priyanka is least bothered about my refund and same with other staff. They deny saying that this is not my work.. Miss priyanka is nt attending calls neither replying to my emails and sms.

This is completely a case of cheating. If they were professionals they would have responded back and arranged for a refund.

This is a fake consuktancy. They have looted money from me. I paid them money on march and till date they didn't even find me a job. I told them that i want to go to kuwait and they said they do have openings and for process of visa and job interview there is some charges for it. So i paid them the money. After that the case manager shivanya she everytime she tells me there needs some time in finding job abroad and now her phone is switched off. Not refunding amount of rs.50, 000/- paid towards COWP..its a fraud company, just playing with the emotions of people. since one year following up. mahak sharma and ravi chouhan, says it is our company's policy not to refund once we have taken the amount. they challenge us that you can go to the court as you cannot come to delhi, who will fight for such small amount. anjali said that you have opted for wrong option now you forget your money. so this is procedure of looking people with small amount so that the person cannot complaint for small amount and oceans are benefit from it. ocean say our bread and butter runs on such amount. if we talk to the higher up, we will loose our job.

These people were in contact until they get money paid. But after that once the file is moved to so called case manager we can never expectations respect from those people. They are telling me they are the case manager and not me. It was a reply for my questions and now i said because of your behaviour i doubt whether i choose right outsourcing. She replied as i can't help you with that. Such a bad customer service. No reply from any of the officials or no one picking the call too.

Oceans outsourcing is a big fake consultancy. Everyone working over there are big frauds. Especially owner and suraj. Every time when i call for refund of money, suraj will tell his colleagues to say that he is not in his seat and will call back and from 15 days he didnot get time to call back on the same issue.
When we write reviews owner will respond smoothly saying its under process and will take some time to respond. But they wont confirm the same through email.

The company is big fake.

Please take action on the company so that others wont fall as prey.
