Oceans Outsourcing — I want my excess money to be refunded

In april 2018 i applied for german job search visa, while applying they said it will take 1 month to get visa approved, i waited till december, nothing happened, i came to conclusion and said, its my mistake that after seeing lot of bad reviews i approach you people, so as a mistake keep consultancy fees, just give back my documentation fees of 20000 and german visa fees of 60euro.

Im asking my own money, not consultancy fees, that also they are not giving, i dont know wheather this company ceo is poor or like this he s getting money from ppl and feeding his wife and children's..
