Oceans Outsourcing — I'm complaining about no reply from consultant

I'm Shabu Thomas from Kerala Province. I registered and started for a canada visa from July 2020. Finally an interview conducted on 12th February 2021. Till now there is no reply from consultant side and the phone is in switched off.
