I had ordered 3octa air tv antenna through advertisement by smarttv123.com on 07/02/18. Payment was done immediately through cc and they provided the shipment tracker but also mentioned that once the destination country the local post would be taken care hence no tracking. I havenot received the products till now (13/03/18). I had communicated to their customer care but getting a stereo typed reply. Kindly let me know how to go ahead with this complaint.
