Sir,
Me & my wife Anuradha Rastogi booked two plots allotment no. 107 & 108 in Har Har Gange Phase II Haridwar (UK) promoted by Octagon Builders & Promoters P. Ltd, C of 150 sq. yards each @ Rs. 6000/- per sq. yard. We had paid Rs. 5, 90, 000/- for each plot (total 11, 80, 000/- for both plots) in various installments. In[protected] when we visited to the site at Haridwar near Patanjali Hospital the Site Office Manager said that the development is slow due to some problems and unable to show the exact location of allotted plots. After some time when we visit the site again, there was no one to talk. Then we tried to contact Octagon Builders & Promoters P. Ltd., NOIDA on various phone numbers given by them, no phone is responding.
Now we want to get registered our plots or refund our money with interest.
