Santour City Haridwar - Fraud in allotment of plot and not refunding the initial amount. We paid the 18% of the amount initially in 2008. Then the Santour City project got into legal trouble and we did not recieve any communication for 8 years when we tried to contact them they never responded. Now They are asking us to Pay 80 percent + 18 percent more as a delayed fees. Also the Plot we were allocated, they are not giving us the same one.
