Respected sir/madam,
I m yatin bhavsar. I have purchased flat from oculus infra developer and the scheme name is Navkar heights. Address: Lapkaman road, opp- karnavati eye hospital, ognaj., ahmedabad.
I have taken a home loan to buy this flat. The purchase dastavej done around 1 year before. From the very first day I m facing so many problems with the poor construction of the flat. So many tiles are broken from the sides in the flat. Also the cealing is leakage from many places in all over the flat, bathroom is leaking, walls are damaged. I have escalated this situation to contractor, main owner and also the marketing lead person of the oculus infra. But they are denying to repair the things. It is not even 6 month completed to start living the flat and getting so many problems. They are very rude and use rude words as well when I call them to look and solve the construction problem. Because I have purchased this flat from hard earned money and taking bank loan. Seriously I am very disappointed from this problem. Even the construction of the other building is running on but they are not supporting to solve problem. Plz look in to the matter and help me out to solve my problem. They all are lying and not supporting in positive way. Plz find attached images for reference.
