I enrolled my son in ODA after attending a demo and PTM, where we were assured that a new batch starting on 1 July would cover the complete academic session, including both terms, revisions, and exam preparation. Based on these assurances, we paid ₹19, 999 during the PTM.
Unfortunately, when my son joined on 1 July, we found that it was not a new batch but an already ongoing one. Since several classes had already been completed, he was unable to follow the lessons. We also noticed other newly enrolled students facing the same issue and requesting help in the class chat, but there was no response from the teacher.
During the PTM, we were also informed about a “no questions asked” refund policy within seven days if parents were not satisfied with the classes. Based on that commitment, I requested a refund.
