On may 3, 2023 I ordered (Refurbished) Vivo Y72 5G (Prism Magic, 8GB, 128GB) mobile handset thru website odir.co.in and initial payment of Rs. 999 has also been made thru G-pay and option for balance payment of Rs. 2300 on COD. A confirmation email regarding my order Id 29587 had been received.
Now, today on may 6, 2023 I paid the balance payment of Rs. 2300 thru G-pay.
The issue is my said order is not listing on their website odir.co.in and no communication regarding despatch/delivery of the ordered product has been received till date.
I also tried to reach on the contact no.[protected] listed on their website but the said no. is not working.
Also the confirmation email /receipt regarding my payment of Rs.2300 has not been received.
I also tried to reach thru their onsite support system but no response has been made to me till date.
I'm in dilemma, whether the product would be delivered to me or not.
As such, it is requested that the said product be delivered to me at the earliest or my payment of Rs( 999+2300= 3299) be refunded back.
