B babulal Singh from Sunabeda, Odisha Jan 19, 2022 Mark as Resolved Sir, I paid my electricity bill through phonepe on 23.12.2021 as attached below for your kind reference: " Payment of Rs.451.22 for TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited Electricity bill[protected] via PhonePe (Txn Id: NX21122314145984274140181) has failed. If deducted, it will be refunded within 7 - 9 working days." I complained to consumer care phonepe on 5.1.2021 they raised ticket vide no.[protected], after that so many times I requested and complained through mail unfortunately no reply till date, I therefore request you kindly take necessary action please to refund the said deducted amount.
