I ordered products from offracks.The delivered products are of cheap quality, torn and not the authentic articles. I requested them to make a return and get my amount (₹ 3098) refunded. They have clearly refused it. And offered me a pity discount coupon of 500 on my next purchase.I need my money back and want to return their cheap products .Help me please They are not even accessible..Customer care no is not working and they communicate through email (which is not acceptable).No return /exchange options are accessible on their site .Though they clearly offer return/exchange policy
