Dear Sir, Please be informed that currently I am an employee in the Offshoot pvt.ltd, Kolkata for the past few months. My joining month is as on June'16. My name is Ramandeep Kaur Sidhu. I am facing so many issues here to survive my job such as salary issues (No help from HR team), floor management issues & rude behavior during break/aux, co-ordination gap with the supervisor & manager, quality team is targeting associates to give fatal due to process ramp down in Kolkata center. Most of the associates have complained to our management team for some issues, but nobody has responded & provided proper solutions. Also, few associates are facing problems during their salary release at the end of the month. I have changed two times my team leader because of these issues, still I am facing this issues on a daily basis with my current team leader. we are unable to escalate this matter to the upper level management because they will take actions against me. Please do the needful & look into this matter on priority basis.
