I have purchased hp laptop through couchline chennai and supplied by M/S Savex computers ltd which received by courior.Ater receiving it tried to put it on but could not than consulted to touchline and savex computers but six days passed still the problems persist.Yesterday hp engineer visited and informed that it is softwear problem and needs to be reloaded.Being a customer how long i have to wait for action from the agency/hp is not known.It is requested to do needful immediately.Laptop details -HP Probook 440G1, Serial no-2CE3452FRJ, Item -F6B15PA#ACJ.Order ref no to Savex is 258840.
Kindly take immediate action.
