Ojee Odisha — cancellation of ojee 2018 form

I have applied for ojee 2018, but my form was rejected without indicating any reason to me. The mail that i received from ojee said that my form have been rejected and i will receive refund for my money that i paid for the application but no refund have been provided yet. I tired to contact ojee though phone but non of the given numbers are working. I had sent a mail to ojee regarding my issue but no reply to the mail even.
