Sir thanks for providing such a good platform to share our problems. I am a defence person working in Air Force and now posted in Delhi.I have purchased Okaya battery on 16 Aug 2024 from retailer/dealer in Chennai. I have bill and warranty card. The battery is not working now. I had submitted a complaint on Okaya customer care number (OKAYA POWER PVT. LTD.

The complaint no. OK[protected] dated 11 Sep 25. One Engineer named Sarvesh Shrivastav visited my home on 12 Sep 25 and said battery is fine only connection are loose. He tightened the connection and told now battery will work properly. But it was a fake promise again i submitted a complaint to the helpline number [protected] on 13 Sep 25. An engineer visited my home on 15 Sep 25, he told that the battery needs to be fully charged once as the fault is in Inverter. As per his statement Battery is Ok but inverter is faulty. He brought a charger and put the battery on charge for whole day and night. Next day on 16th Sep 25, he came and said the battery is charged now let's check it. But the problem continues the battery is not giving backup. Then he asked from where you purchased the battery?
I told him that I had purchased it from Chennai and now I am posted in Delhi so I bring it here with my household items. He said there might be some problem occurred during transportation whereas I had moved my luggage even battery in a proper manner so that the acid will not leak. I haven't transported the battery first time as I have completed almost 18 years service in defence so I was posted to various places in India. Then the mechanic said please contact to customer care I can't do anything to which I had replied please take this battery with you and get it repaired but he said I have no shop I am online engineer. I asked him tell me your nearby showroom he said I don't know talk to customer care. Even helpline number is not providing any support. Please help me i am surprised how the mechanic changed the statement during 1st visit he said only connection is loose, during 2nd visit he said Inverter is faulty and battery needs charging and 3rd time he said may be due to transportation the battery becomes faulty?
