[Resolved]  Okinawa Scoothers — Unsatisfied with the services by dealer and want to return the scooter

I have bought Okinawa Praise Pro from Magnitude Motors, Shyam Nagar, Sodala, Jaipur on 14th March 2022. At the time of purchase, dealership told me that the running range after full charge would be approximately 80 Kms. in eco mode. After a month I have realised that it is running only approximately 50 Kms. instead of 80 Kms. During the service I have informed dealership about this issue, they tested the scooter and confirmed that they have made some changes and it will run properly now. But after that I was getting the same 45-50Kms. practical range. I have informed dealership about this issue during every service but they always neglected the issue and always said the range is normal, once they have replaced the charging socket and charger cable too on paid basis at Rs. 800. Starting of this month the range reduced to 25-30 Kms on eco mode and 12-14 Kms on Sport mode after full charge. I have contacted them, they asked to leave the scooter at their service centre, I dropped the scooter there on 6th June, it was with them till 8th June, means 3 days. Their engineer informed me that this was the battery issue and batterry need to be replaced but battery replacement will take approximately 60 to 180 days and I have to leave the scooter at their service centre for this entire period. This was a shock for me. How my son will go to his coaching institute without this for next 6 months? I asked they to give me any spare battery but they have rejected this request too. I tried calling the dealership owner and asked for help but he started shouting on me and tried to prove that the scooter is proper, there is no issue with that and I know nothing about it. I requested him but he was so arrogant and also said that whatever the engineer said to me was completely false and he is the owner of the showroom so he will decide what is wrong, what is right. I am continuously fetching them but they are not replying to my calls. I want to return this scooter to them and want my money back as they do not have an empathetic way of customer handling. They just want to sell and make money.

After publishing the case here, dealership owners contacted me, sent my battery for replacement, provided a service battery till I receive my battery back.
