ID[protected] is my complaint ID, this was handed over on 31st Dec'25.
There is no proper response from them.
Service Manager at OLA ekathuthangal service center does not even respond to the numerous calls. Visiting the service Centre has been a nightmare with so many vehicles piled up. This does not go well for OLA. Please initiate steps to give priority to vehicles and customer who have showed faith in purchasing the high value vehicles.
