I have close to 20 open tickets for which it is not getting serviced informing not having the parts.
Also I booked service through opting for OLA care plus by paying 3000. Now the vehicle is picked and same reason no parts and cannot be repaired.
Once according to slot I took the vehicle to service center but there was no service center at that location.
