we had ordered an OLA S1 Pro at the price shown on the official website. On the same day, we made the full payment, and later on, Government came up with a notification stating to reduce the FAME II subsidy, Now the company is demanding such an increased portion now. At the time of placing the order, we had a lot of options available to us to purchase, We may able to purchase at a reduced price at that time. please provide us with a way out of this issue.
At the time of order, they provided only a payment confirmation slip. they didn't provide any invoice for that.
