I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the issues I have faced with my OLA scooter and the subsequent poor service experience. When I purchased this scooter, I believed it would be a cost-effective and reliable solution. However, the experience has been far from satisfactory, causing me financial loss, time, and significant stress.
Key Issues:
1. Service Center Delays:My scooter has been at your service center for over 14 days. Despite this, I was only asked for an OTP for the service recently. Such delays are unacceptable and suggest inefficiency in handling customer concerns. Moreover, your customer support team does not attend calls, making it impossible for me to get updates on my vehicle.
2. Tyre Defects:Within just two months of purchase, I had to replace the back tyre due to a manufacturing defect (cutting on one side). Now, I am facing a similar issue with the front tyre, which needs immediate replacement. This has caused me additional, unforeseen expenses.
3. Technical Errors: The vehicle frequently encounters technical errors and switch malfunctions. These issues compromise the safety and reliability of the scooter, making me regret my purchase.
4. Resale Value:Adding to my frustration, the scooter has negligible resale value, leaving me stuck with a product that is neither functional nor financially viable.
I purchased this vehicle with the expectation of reliability and support, but the experience has been disappointing. I demand the following actions as a resolution:
- Immediate repair of all outstanding issues in the scooter at no cost to me.
- A detailed explanation for the delays and poor service.
- Compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss I have endured.
- If issues persist, I request a full refund or replacement of the vehicle.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide me with a resolution at the earliest. I hope to see a commitment to better customer service and product quality. I am also facing mental stress and regret for buying the scooter
