While coming back home my Vehicle was having charge for 20 km then suddenly it showed 0km and the vehicle was on parking mode. After calling the Ola road side assistance for 1hr they picked up the phone and after another 2 hrs. towing vehicle came and took the scooter back to home. After reaching back home I tried to charge the scooter but it is not getting charged then I raised a complain to the Ola team and for the past three days have been calling the support team yet is unattended by them. They are giving false assurance that they will be coming by 8pm and after 8pm their is no customer support again next day when you will call you will be hearing the same thing from them.
