Ola Electrics Private Limited — Delay in delivery of ola s1 pro gen 2

Dear Sir
I was order on 28 Feb 2024 ola s1 pro gen 2. I got a message on same day that your scooter will deliver on 16 March and in application it's showing that your estimate deliver date will 17 March 2024 but today is 17 march. When I call ola's showroom in Cuttack they told me your scooter not received. Already 19 days crossed but till now I am not received my scooter. Already paid 1.44 lakh .
