Ola Party — Requesting to unban my ola party(quick live) ID as it has been banned by a fraud(spam) ID

Respected ola officials,

I want to inform you that my account ID no. [protected], has been permanently banned because of Serious Violation. But I haven't done anything to violate the rules and regulations of ola party.

There was an id who said hi to me on someone's live chat and normally I replyed to it on live chat only and I got banned after 5 minutes. I don't know what was that id and because of those similar IDs many other innocent IDs are getting banned for no reason. Later I got informed that is is a spam(fraud) ID.

I am requesting you to please consider my application and please do the needful to unban my account and those accounts also who are banned just like my account as soon as possible.

And please ban these fake criminal ID's who are trying to ban the innocent ID's.

I am one of your oldest users, so again I am requesting you to consider my letter. I will be eagerly waiting for your reply.

If you think this is a lie you can ask your agencies, many accounts have been banned because of this spam ID
