Oliva Clinic offered a 50% discount on PRP Treatment at Adyar in March 2020, which costs around 50, 000 for ten sessions. I chose the service and paid a partial amount of 35k and took one session. After that, there was a lockdown due to covid, and I didn't take any other sessions. Now, in January 2023, I will be leaving for further studies in Canada. I contacted the Adyar branch manager to request a refund for the 9 sessions I did not attend. He refuses to refund the money and instead demands that I can buy products or refer someone so that we can transfer the money to them. Please investigate this matter and assist me in reclaiming my balance.
