We had purchased the purifier on 13 nov 2024 through a dealer suvarna enterprises at the time of purchase they told any service will be done for a free of cost for a period of 2 years now it is almost 1.9 years completed there was a problem with filter the concerned person/dealer came checked and told filter need to changed and he is demanding amount of 2500 provided at the time of purchase he told it will be done a free of cost no additional amount will charged.now he is asking for warranty card which was not given provided he told on water purifier there is scanner we scan it will be a warranty card for you he told and went kindly fix this problem fast
