I am a Victim of OLX Army Fraud.
I made three UPI transactions on the 24th of august 2022 At 9:55 Pm for Rs 1150, At 10:05 pm for Rs 1000 and again for Rs 150. Which is transacted to the Fraudsters Account. He has my Addhar information and Upi Information.

I have registered a complaint regarding the transaction to google pay.
The background is: I am a Victim of OLX Army Fraud.
I contacted a seller staging Deepak sing from an ad for Activaa 5g and he told me about being transferred to another city and wanting to sell a scooter urgently. He told me that his guy will come to show me the scooter and asked me for Rs 1150 for cargo service from another area to my area which would be refundable once the deal is done. I ended up paying for which he assured me to WhatsApp the challan. After 5 minutes he called somebody on the conference; Another person told me that I was supposed to pay in two split transactions i.e 1000+150 to challan to generate and forced me by saying it's my mistake; I ended up paying.
Soon I realized its a scam; the seller later kept pushing me to wait for challan and a day after his guy will come. I had a long conversation with him for me to give surety. He fooled me into it
I did google all the pictures that were sent to me and found these same pictures have been used for earlier frauds. I immediately called him for a refund which lead to a couple of calls and finally he confronted me that he won't give it and do whatever I want following by swearing.
I called the number on which he made me do the UPI transaction. And found himself talking from the other end being the other guy and agreeing on refunding. He did send me Rs 1 and called a couple of times saying he is just the right number and later asked me to send RS 251 for the balance and will send back 2300 Rs. which was again a scheme to get more money from me.
It's a major fraud in the name of the Indian Army.

He has my adhaar card details and picture. How do i avoid my identity being missed and how do i issue new adhaar card?
please Help Me out, I would like to register a complaint for the further possible recovery procedure.
