Olx Autos — Car sold but still reflecting under my name/ Hold amount not dispursed

Hi Sir,

This is to bring to your notice about the problem i am facing since last 6 months with OLX Autos. I sold my car to OLX Autos on 5th Jul 23 ( Hyundai Elite I20). As per thier policy an sum of Rs 12000 was kept on hold and was informed to me that the same amount would be dispursed to me within 180 days. Now its been almost 190 days and i still have not any information about the same.

I sold my car through a representative named- Anshul ( Contact No- [protected])- the guy is not responding to my calls or texts now.

I had placed one more compaint in this website and i got a call from Mr- Puneet - Contact no- [protected], where he confirmed that i would get the amount within 180 days but niw after the completion of 180 days, he is also not responding to my calls.

I have one more issue, that the OLX has sold my car to some dealer in Saharanpur, but the car's registration is under my name . This is a much more serious concern.

I have all the documents on email and chats which clearly states that i have sold my car to OLX with all proper procedure. I also have the email which states that i will get the remaining amount of Rs 12000 within 180 days.

Please help me out in resolving both the issue as the Team OLX is not doing anything.
