I have added sofa set add on OLX for sale. A person (Mob No:[protected] contacted me and said he is interested and pay through phone pay. Then he shared refund money QR code image and ask me to scan the QR codes and I will get the money. And he shared those images several times. But, all the time when I was scanning the QR code the money was deducting from my account. When I come to know about this he hang up the call.

With this online fraud I loss Rs.32100/-
I am attaching few images for your view and information.

All the time when I raised the complaint through this forum I got the resolution.
Please help me in getting my money back. I will be really careful from next time for such a calls and asking to pay online.

Tried reaching to Cyber Economic & Narcotics (CEN) Police Station Bangalore - No response over call.
Attached is the image where we lodge complaint on 10/04/2023, till time not able to resolve the complaint.
Please help as the account is inactive and not able to do any transaction, please help.
