I booked plot of 300 Yard and paid 50% amount Rs. 847500/- in July, 2012. As per our MOUwith OKD
MOU Point No. 1. The allotee has opted to go for a down payment & 50% payment plan he is entitled to go for a buy back agreement with a return of 24% at the end of 2nd year with a developer. This will be at the allotee's verdict whether to continue or exit with a return of 24%.
MOU Point No. 2 The developer delays to deliver the project within 24 Month + 6 Months then he will be liable to pay the buyer 12% penalty per annum.
MOU Point No. 3 The developer fail to deliver the project due to any unforeseen reason then he will return the money to the buyer with 12% interest per annum.
