Om Matrimony Bhopal — fraud company

We came to know about this company from dainik bhaskar matrimonial page, looking match for my brother.

They asked money for the registration, so then only they will give us detail of the match that we select.

After transferring them money, they stop responding, its been four month, we contacted them on december-january.

And when we get to contact them after one month, they said the match you liked is not available now.
I mean wow!!! When its time for registration they were pressurising us and after getting money they denied to give that information.
And when i asked them to return my money they were giving me lame excuses, like i don't know with whom u talked, i don't know with which person u dealt,
And when i strictly asked them to return my money anyhow. And this was his reply - "dimag mat chaatoo".

They posted their ad in dainik bhaskar matrimonial page, i talked with them also and the person who responded the call said - we cant do anything madam even i was also victim of this kind of fraud thing.

I asked them whether they verify them or not, bcoz their are lots of ads in their page which are totally fraud. Like (Airport job, part time job, data entry from home), they all are fake.

After knowing that also they are not taking any prior action against them.

I want refund.
