I have purchased a one touch verio flex on 16th april from om medicals 7/4, arunachalam salai, saligramam, chennai - 600093. Please find the receipt attached for your reference.
While buying itself i asked for a new product as the product manufacturing was 07/2017 it will be expired on may 2021. The pharmacist said the instrument do not have any expiry date and mentioned just like that. Only strips have expiry dates. And there will not be any problem.
The instrument is not working and while checking with him asked to raise complaint against manufacturers.
Need assistance for the same. We are unable to test with this instrument. Battery is empty and due to lockdown we are unable to use it.
The behavior of the people in the medical store and the pharmacist was to sell the product even if it the products are going to expire. May be they are selling expired product which is dangerous for the consumers take appropriate action.
