Dear Sir/Madam,
We had placed an order for a Posiflex thermal printer, for which we received the invoice from the concerned person. Based on the invoice and the order confirmation, we made a payment of ₹59, 000 through bank transfer.
We had been in contact with Mr. Ram Prakash, who also provided us with the IndusInd Bank account details for making the payment. Accordingly, we transferred the amount to the provided bank account.
However, despite making the payment, we have neither received the ordered material nor received a refund of our payment. Furthermore, the concerned person is currently not responding to our calls or communications.
We have made several attempts to contact him and resolve the matter amicably, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution so far.
Therefore, we would like to formally register a complaint regarding this matter and request your immediate assistance in resolving the issue. We request that the ₹59, 000 payment be either refunded immediately or the ordered material be delivered without further delay.
We can provide the invoice, payment transaction details, bank details, and all relevant communication as supporting documents for your reference.
