Upon sending back the male housekeeping staff which was sent to us with all the wrong information and was a thief and a liar, we had asked for a refund to our money, which was Rs.18, 000/- however they said that Rs.3000/- would be deducted as service charges and we agreed and took the cheque of Rs.15, 000/- on[protected] and gave back the boy. We submitted the cheque on[protected] itself and today on 30th the cheque has been bounced, now we have been trying to contact the agency but they are not answering our phones or replying to our texts.
