This is naresh i'm having santro xing 2009 model car no apo3 ah 9419. I had a ecm problem and showed it in oman hyundai poonamalle chennai. They told me we need to change ecm. Even after changing the ecm my car is not converting into gas from petrol. I spent around 17, 000. Then again i took it back to them it's almost one week they have not identified the issue and suddenly i got a call from them and they informed me that there are 2 ecm the second ecm suits for your car and it's cost around 40, 000 i told to order it's still in pending. Lack of experience staff lot of carelessness, no proper responsibilities to anyone. They don't know what exact repair of the car. I need my car for regular use but it's still in service centre from one week. I requested my car for drop service since i have to travel i haven't received my car. I'm disappointed by their way they respond to their customers. Please take necessary action regarding this issue
