[Resolved]  Omasy Research Institute — Cheating/Fraud in the name of immediate joining in accenture

Hello Everyone !
I am requesting to all fresher those who are trying to get a job with omasy research institute. I recently came across a post for vacancies in PV posted by Omasy Research team through social media(Naukri.com & Indeed.com) and contacted the HR.Then she said me first pay 5k for joining our institute as a training cum placement service...
I was said that there will be a preliminary screening test that day through zoom and I attended it. Later, the HR asked me to give five star rating in google and subscribe their you tube channel.Later, I googled about Omasy Research and their other one called Atria Biosciences and came across few negative reviews. After seeing their you tube channel I gained a trust and ignored the negative reviews.
The next day they inform me about screening interveiw after that at evening they called me and said you are Selected in Accenture based on your zoom screening interveiw but you have to pay 25k for Immediate joining fees and NOC from omasy institute . Since they gave 100% job assurance I agreed and paid them first 20k but after sometime more 5k as a immediate joining fees in accenture (I have call recording also) . I received a mail later from Accenture forwarded by Omasy Research team to send the basic details and about qualification and experience. The next day they called and said that my profile has been selected for the post of 'Pharmacovigilance' based on my Screening Interveiw was sent the screenshot of the mail from Accenture forwarded to Omasy team and my name was there amongst the other 3 selected candidates for technical and HR round to be conducted the next day at 11:30 a.m but in which mail required PGD Certificate after which job confirmation will happen within an hour and was asked to pay the 20k more for upgrade my course so that they could process my application.But I Doubt on Institute and sayed that you arrange my HR round i payed after joining . The next day, I was all prepared for Final HR but no interview happened. I called the HR and she said that my profile was getting uploaded on the company's portal and the HR will call me the next day. I believed and the next day again there was neither any call nor any interview conducted. From then on, for the next one week daily I used to text them but there would be no reply and upon calling continuously I would get standard 3 replies, 'I will call back', 'I will check' and 'I will ask my senior '. after some days mean approx 10 days, upon frequently calling the HR, she sent me a link and asked to fill it so that the HR would call me. But the instruction said to follow the link and apply on the 'Career ' section of the company's portal which could be done by ourselves without paying them the amount
After approx one week i request institute to refund my Immediate joining fees because its take more than enough time at that time HR shouted on me and says that its company internal matter wait for some time but after 10-12, I really very upset and not willing to join any company and asking for refund but they telling me its in process, 'i will inform to my technical team will send'
Atlast, I frustated and mail to the institute that if you didn't return my Immediate joining fees than i complain on consumer forum or open forum
then they mail me as a final warning for legal procedure on me that defamation case and abusive word use i didn't use any abusive word with him nor defame their name..
More than frustration, I am in great mental agony as I haven't received info about the promised job and pressure is building up from my freind to return borrowed amount . I am completely devastated and sharing the pics of WhatsApp conversation and you can verify the number from which I received messages as it is the same number mentioned on their Google page. I just would like to share these on other social media platforms as well so that no body else looking desperately for a job would get caught in situations like this as I can imagine how much pain will one be in...

For Middle class family person don't want to involve in legal procedure but i really frustated and want to involve in that for others benefits and for my Indian youth future.If anyone want any evidence, just contact me in this portal message and i have call recording also..
