We own two units - one on first floor and another in Food Court. We made complete payment in end August 2023 and were promised rentals after 90 days, i.e. end November. Till date they have not paid us a penny either by NEFT or by cheque. They promised 36 months advance cheques. Now 6 months have already passed and we have lost interest money too. On enquiry they come up with lame excuses like they have exhausted their cheque books. Other people seem to have been paid. Was this information helpful? |
