Omji Mobile — No refund initiated

I had orders a mobile on September but during courier the parcel get some problem so the parcel returned to back to the store. But now they are saying parcel has reached to their courier partner but not reached their store. Also courier partner accepted that the courier is with him. But he is not sending it back to the store. It's since more than 10days he didn't send the courier back. And the store is refusing to give my refund as they are telling that when courier will reach their store they will give my refund.
