[Resolved]  Omkar Cabs Bangalore — Yet to receive refund of advance amount

I booked a Tempo Traveler by paying rupees 1500 advance to Mr Praveen of Omkar Cabs (Koramangala).
Scheduled time/departure time: 11:00 pm on 16th April.
After waiting for almost 15 minutes, I called Mr Praveen. He said the vehicle has already started, so we should get it in some time.
After many calls, Praveen assured me that he’ll send another vehicle. We waited till 2:00 pm but the vehicle never came. Finally we had to cancel our travel.
He did not even bother to say sorry for the inconvenience.
Later when I called him from my number, he didn’t pick up my call. I had to call him from another number to ask for my advance. As on April 21, 2021 he hasn't returned the advance of 1500 rupees
